Great place to live!
McGloin is a suite-style dorm in which four residents share two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. There are community kitchens, one per floor. The five floors and new structure set McGloin apart from the other dorms on campus. Along with the close availability of the parking garage.
best dorm on creighton campus
I had a great experience living in McGloin HAll. It was almost like apartment living and the building was newer. It was also very convenient to living in the same building as the cafe.
Living in McGloin was awesome! I loved that I had my own bathroom and kitchen area.
The dorm was in excellent condition and suited all of my needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed having a dining area in the basement.
I loved living in McGloin. It was very close to campus, the rooms were really big an had wonderfully high ceilings and I miss living there a lot.
This hall is very comfortable and liveable. It's really nice because it's still close to the classrooms and on campus, but with more living space than the freshman halls. The parking lot right behind the dorm is great, and Java Jays is located at the bottom, which is soooo convenient! If you're looking for a party hall, it's quieter than most so not much of a social scene unless you make one. Overall the hall is very quiet so it's good for studying. Bathrooms are really nice-separate room for the toilet and a blocked off space with a shower curtain for the shower, so multiple people can be in there at once. Kitchen storage space is good but there's no stove or sink, so that kinda blows.
McGloin Hall is a nice place to live, and I enjoy it overall. However, there are a few quirks, e.g. the fire alarm goes off for a few seconds when I turn my light on! The people are friendly and helpful and the hall is clean.
McGloin is really fun, and the rooms are nice!
One of the best sophomore resident halls on campus!
I love McGloin!
