Hepburn is a little far away from campus but it's still relatively close to the science and engineering buildings, as well as one of the gyms on campus, Millet Hall (where basketball games and other campus-wide events like speakers and concerts are held), and (most importantly for freshmen and sophomores) the Millet Hall parking lot, where most first- and second-years have to park their cars.
The housekeeping staff are awesome and it's suite-style living, which means everyone gets their own bathroom that they share with one other room (thus, 4 people = 1 bathroom). The building is co-ed by suite which I liked- even though all 4 of my suitemates were girls we still had guys all around us and some of them ended up being good friends with us.
The RA's and hall adviser were mostly useless but this changes from year to year so this may not end up being your experience.
