I lived in Deviney my freshman year and also my first semester of sophomore year (my parents did 2 years FL pre-paid which only covers the older dorms). Being a freshman it was fine as I did not know any different but sophomore year I practically went crazy living here! The walls are gray and drab and both them and the ceilings are peeling. The windows do not keep out humidity so your items inside the room along with the floor get damp and moist. My friends who visited me here not only referred to my room as a "jail cell" but essentially said how sorry they felt for me living there. Only good part is that it is cheaper than the nicer dorms (worth it though to spend the extra money for the nicer dorms!) and it is located in a nice place on campus. This place is definitely WAY overdue for being torn down and completely rebuilt and refurbished.
Good first year experience, but I would never purposely choose to live in a dorm again.
