Very good freshman down with newly installed air conditioning and a laundry room in the basement. Mostly freshmen, so everyone is social. The rooms aren't the biggest, but if you're lucky enough to get a room on the first floor, the ceilings are lofted, resulting in easier bed raising. The halls were normally kept clean with cleaning staff on duty during the week. As far as parking goes, 2g can be used without a permit after 4pm on weekdays, and all weekend. The location is quite out of the way, but it is very close to the gym. There is no kitchen unfortunately. Every floor has a study lounge, which creates a quiet place to get work done. All of the residents are very nice and social and there are not many incidents regarding noise violations or alcohol. The RA's are very nice and none are too strict. It's a great freshman dorm, I would recommend it to anyone. If given an option, the first floor is probably the best option.

Panther Hall is kind of out of the way being up on the hill, but the dorm itself is awesome! They are fairly new and very clean, and the rooms are much bigger than towers! You don't get to meet too many people because everyone is always in there room doing there own thing, but there are lounges and quiet study rooms that are beneficial so you don't have to walk down the hill to the library. Highly recommend for sophomores!

All in all, probably one of the best places to live on campus. The party scene is not that great even though there is tons of space to do so. The RAs are trying to keep this place as "new" as possible. 2 to a BR and your own Kitchen! you can got to the floors lobby or to the Rotunda if your room gets to hectic for studying.
